All products are customized and made on demand. All sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Processing Time
All products are made on demand. Orders ship within 3-6 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
- USPS Priority Mail: estimated 2-3 business days in transit.
- USPS Ground Advantage: estimated 3-6 business days in transit.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking and Carrier Delays
Tracking is purchased for all shipped orders and sent once the order leaves our facility.
We do not have tracking details beyond what the carrier provides, and we are not responsible for carrier, weather, or transit delays after shipment.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of placement. After 3 hours, cancellations are not available because production begins on demand.
Address or personalization updates requested after the cancellation window may not be possible once production starts.
Separate orders usually cannot be combined after checkout, and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship.
