Where are you located?+
We create and ship our products in house from Southern California, USA.
How are your products made?+
All products are made in house in the USA. Our t-shirts are printed using a high-quality DTF process built for strong durability through repeated wear and washing. Invitations and cards are printed in house on thick, premium Mohawk Fine Paper.
Where can I find a sizing chart?+
A sizing chart is available on every t-shirt product page.
Can you recommend a size?+
We are not able to recommend a specific size for individual situations. The best approach is to use the posted size chart on the product page before ordering.
Can I cancel an order?+
Yes. Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After that window, production may already be in progress for your custom item.
How long does it take to receive my order?+
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Because each item is personalized to order, please allow up to 6 business days for production before it leaves our facility. Many orders are completed sooner, but we recommend allowing the full processing window for custom items. For shipping, we offer standard 3-6 business day shipping or priority 2-3 business day shipping. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

How to check progress from production to delivery.
How can I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.
What is the status of my order?+
Because items are made to order, please allow up to 6 business days for production before shipment. If your package has shipped, tracking in your shipment email will always show the most current carrier status.
When will tracking information be available?+
Tracking details are sent after your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 6 business days for production before tracking is available.
Tracking says delivered, but order not received?+
If your tracking is marked delivered, please first check with household members, neighbors, and nearby delivery locations. Carriers occasionally pre-scan packages before final drop-off. If it has been more than 48 hours with no package, contact our support team and we will help with next steps.

How is the product shipped?+
We ship through USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail.
How fast is the product shipped out?+
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Because each item is personalized to order, please allow up to 6 business days for production before it leaves our facility. Transit time is generally 3-6 business days for Ground Advantage and 2-3 business days for Priority Mail.
Will I receive a tracking number?+
Yes. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Can you guarantee a delivery date?+
No. Carrier timelines are estimates only, not guarantees. Delays can happen and are outside our control once the shipment is with USPS.
Can I expedite shipping?+
You can select USPS Priority Mail at checkout for the faster transit option, but processing time for custom production still applies.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?+
No. All items are customized and made on demand, so all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?+
Please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page with your order number and clear photos. Do not use the item before contacting us so we can review and assist quickly.
Can I change personalization after placing an order?+
Please contact us immediately. Because items are made to order, changes may not be possible once production has started.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?+
Please reach out immediately with the correct address. We can usually update it if the order has not shipped yet.
