All products are customized, personalized, and made on demand for each customer. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After that window, cancellations are not available because production begins on demand.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page and include your order number plus clear photos. Do not use the item before contacting us.
Incorrect Address and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, the customer must pay an additional shipping charge for re-shipment.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
